Daniel Granger Hairdressing Northampton, Northamptonshire

After a few bad experiences with a previous hairdressers shop I decided to change hairdressers and I went for Daniel Granger. I was nervous as I knew nobody who had been there themselves but I was not disappointed in the slightest. The hairdresser I had (amye) was lovely and she made me feel so comfortable and really took her time with my hair, left feeling beautiful. Thank you

After far too many years I finally returned to Daniel Granger and had my first appointment with Will! I was slightly nervous as I needed a change but he filled me with ease and confidence. It was awesome to see Will excited full of confidence and skill deciding how he was going to change my colour ultimately with the goal of healthier hair! He was brilliant! So professional but made me feel so comfortable! The whole experience of being at Daniel Grangers from the minute you walk in the door was exactly what I have been missing for years at other salons!! Such a great atmosphere... And wow the new Salon is hot!! I love it!!

Recommend this Salon highly...welcoming staff and lovely environment;Adam cut & styled my hair today; his attention to detail and conscientious approach to precision cutting makes him stand out..Adam also came across as a quiet; educated; humourous & all round genuine quirky guy..be prepared to wait for appt to see him..he is not busy for nothing!!

My first appointment with Will was a huge success, convincing a stick in the mud like me to try something new and me ending up loving it!!

Just back from a wonderfully relaxing few hours at Daniel Granger Hairdressing! Great thorough wash and condition (very important) followed by a great curl and finish by Adam. Hair looks and feels great even if I do say so myself! ; ) x

Very pleased with cut and blow dry. Daniel, charming as ever.

Will was fantastic, he made sure that the cut and colour would be right for me (as I was a little indecisive about what to have!). He didn't just cut and colour my hair perfectly, but he was a great ambassador for the salon too.

The new salon looks great, and I was delighted to be offered a cappuccino, a head massage, and a massaging chair as I had my hair washed. Great customer service, I'll be back!

DG is probably the best hair salon I've ever been to. Amazing service and cut quality - you can really tell they know what they're on about. I always leave pleased with my hair. Plus, the salon is gorgeous. Massaging chairs during my wash and head massage? Yes please! Coffee, cold drinks, excellent friendly staff...there is literally not one thing I would change!

I love coming into the salon to have my hair cut, from the minute you walk in your greeted like your an old friend with a warm welcome, always offered a drink straight away, you just feel relaxed. Amazing experience having my hair washed by Nathanal, he's just so happy all the time and just makes you smile and feel happy, great shampoo and head massage too! Amazing hair cut by the talented Daniel Granger who also is always so upbeat and positive and just makes you feel great walking out if the salon like a new person. Thank you for an amazing experience every time you should be so proud of all your awesome team.

My first time at Daniel Grangers. The staff were very friendly and the service I recieved was very good. The cut and advise I was given good therefore I have re booked for my next cut later in the year.

So on entering the salon everyone is full of smiles and exceptionally welcoming and friendly. All the staff are exceptionally skilled it's a joy and a privilege to visit

Needed a hairstyle change after tripping and cutting my head badly Was recommended DG and am So happy with the care and attention I received from All the staff. It was exactly the tonic I needed and Philipe took such care, as did the young lady who washed my hair, and the receptionist. And the atmosphere was lovely. I left feeling as good as I looked. Today was my first visit to the salon. The staff were attentive and friendly. I had my hair coloured by Filip and cut by Will, both were excellent. It's quite daunting going to a new hairdressers but today I felt confident and relaxed.

Fantastic friendly staff,Daniel and Flilip worked wonders on my hair.Very pleased with the results will definitely be going back.

The service is excellent... Massage chair and the head massage after the hair wash is true icing on the cake

from the minute I walked into the salon to book an appointment I could tell this was going to be a wicked experience, the coffee machine caught my eye on a very rare trip into town. I enquired about having my hair done and was taken further into the salon to have a chat about what I wanted doing and a patch test done so I could go ahead and book when it suited. I'm just home now from having my hair done and couldn't be happier with the results, I saw Filip for a colour and I'm so thankful to him (and Daniel) for the time they spent making sure that both me and them were happy with what turned out to be a tricky job. They really went the extra mile and will definitely be returning

I had my hair done by a girl in daniel granger who was leaving the same day I had my hair done. I had a cut and colour and loved the colour, it was how I wanted it and the massage at the basin was lovely and very relaxing. However when I washed it myself at home the colour washed out straight away, I called the salon and they booked me in that week to get it redone. It was great how quickly the fitted me in and how willing they were to sort my hair out. However, when I got there I had not been booked into the system, and the apprentice that was supposed to do my hair had been ill so another lady who had time said she'd do my hair for me. We sat and she explained why the colour had came out of my hair and she listened extremely well to what I wanted. She showed me in the book the colours she was going to mix together to make the perfect colour for my hair. When she had already applied the colour to my hair, she told me that she's gone for a different colour for my hair instead

Really good experience. First time in salon.
Hair massage, shampoo etc was really relaxing. Had hair cut from Andrew - really good hair cut plus taught me how to curl. Have rebooked and would recommend.
Only downside was offered a drink but didn't get it

Fabulous salon, recently moved into amazingly cool new premises. Fabulous staff, so friendly, and everyone leaves with a 'look' , amazingly skilled hairdressers at senior levels. Not really a place for a light trim. The owner Dan really does create astonishing cuts, and my favourite Will is also fabulous. The best salon in Northampton & highly recommended for amazing results.

Always very friendly staff... and to say I'm more than happy with my hair cut is an under statement... Filipino you have made me very happy as usual!!

Having experienced many Hair Salons I never had a haircut that was what I wanted: until now. At Daniel Granger they listen and advise what is best and always have that attention to detail. From the massage chairs to the amazing Joico straighteners they never settle for cheap products. Remember to book in advance!

Had my first appointment on the 18th may. Fabulous greeting from the team and then I was pampered by Molly. I thought the massage chair was amazing and could of stayed all day. Molly did a superb job and I came away culled and relaxed. Already booked my next appointment. Thanks guys, nearly forgot to mention the Salon Dog...cute beyond words xx

Lovely atmosphere and great cuts every time I've been. Well worth every penny. Molly, Filip and Adam have always worked wonders with my hair and especially with my hair problems. Always a boost to my self confidence when I walk out of here after an appointment.

Was a little nervous as it was my first time and to try and explain how I wanted my hair to look, after been to other salons and came away a little disappointed. Molly listened to me and went over the photos I had on my phone. And it was just what I wanted, she talked me through what she was going to do and I love it. Being a fussy client when it comes to having my haircut it was with some I trepidation that I changed hairdressers to Daniel Granger's, but I needn't have worried. From the friendly and understanding greeting at the reception, to the time spent getting my haircut right for me (and my awkward hair), it was a great experience. The salon's clearly run on a very friendly and engaging basis both for clients and the team who work there. Definitely to be recommended.

First visit and won't be my last! Staff are so friendly and attentive. I absolutely love my new hairstyle- thank you to Filip and Maria for looking after me! I can't wait for the next visit ????

Very good cut

I had my haircut with Philip.He is lovely and did a very good job!Happy to see him again.

I usually have a great experience at DG but on my last visit I had *stylist name removed* who seemed distracted and never spoke. I tried to start a conversation without much luck. After the colour was applied she just said "that's it", went off and left the rest to the trainees without checking anything afterwards. My hair was a bit wet when I left and when I got home I noticed at the back there were still some grey patches.
Not the best experience but hopefully it was a one off!
