CharlieDid my hair today she was so easy to talk to And knew exactly what I wanted . she was polite courteous and nothing was too much trouble I even enjoyed the cappuccino and a latte I had there . It’s my third visit and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now . There’s also a lovely atmosphere in the salon too which is a bonus. Thanku

My daughter had balayage done by Charlie today and hasn’t stopped smiling since. Charlie made her feel comfortable and explained the process for her.

I had a consultation with Gareth today because I want to change how my hair is coloured and to get advice about conditioning it. He listened to my thoughts, no rush and then we devised a plan moving forward. I have used the salon for a couple of years now and are more than happy. They are professional and caring. Bria has also done my hair and is lovely.

I moved to Nottingham in 2020 and Charlie is the most friendly and talented hairdresser I’ve had to date, so much so I’ve visited the salon three times and will solely visit you for my hair going forward. Unfortunately some root dye didn’t take last week but the lady on reception rebooked me in as soon as she could and it was resolved quicker than I expected. The friendly and accommodating staff truly make the salon somewhere I would recommend.
