Melissa did a brilliant job again. I’d left my hair a bit longer after the lockdown but couldn’t get on with it even though she’d cut it really well, my new cut is fabulous - I feel like me again!

Felt really safe coming to the salon, all the covid precautions were excellent and made me confident. My hair looked amazing as it always does whenever I come here. Really friendly staff, brilliant experience everytime.

Brilliant safe service

I was very impressed with all the safety measures which have been put in place. All the screening between the work stations was very unobtrusive so apart from the obvious face masks the salon looked just the same with the usual welcoming atmosphere. I felt very safe and relaxed and enjoyed my visit.

Very good experience

I always leave KH hair feeling a million dollars so after 4 long months, I’d missed the team and was so ready for a cut and colour.
I’d decided I wanted my “red red” back and Mel was happy to oblige. 1.5 hours later I left with a lovely cut and an absolutely banging colour, that I just can’t stop looking at. I’m so gallops with it!!
The Covid precautions were well thought out and properly implemented and for me, didn’t take away from the experience at all!
It’s so great to see almost all the team back (can’t wait to see Tommy when it’s safe enough for his return), thank you!!

After 4 months in lockdown it was a tough assignment but Jane succeeded brilliantly. I think I like my newly coloured and styled hair better than before! It was great to be back. The team made me feel really valued and pampered. Already looking forward to seeing them again. It was super exciting! The cleanliness and hygiene standards were exceptional. I felt very safe. They have certainly put a lot of thought and investment into making the salon Covid-secure.

Great haircut as always but not impressed with having to pay a Covid surcharge which I wasn't advised of until time to pay. Increased cost of my visit by over 10% - not good if you want to keep your regular customers.

Been going to Melissa for Over 10 years she professional and an excellent hairdresser

I had a great experience as always. Jane always makes you feel special, takes time to talk to you about how your hair has been and what you want this time. Molly is very polite and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She makes having your hair washed a very relaxing experience. She knows when to chat and when to let you totally relax. Jane is happy to cut a bit more off when she has finished blow drying. Thank you KH Hair.
