This was my first time at the salon. Booking online was easy and I had a good choice of options. Chloe listened to what I wanted and understood exactly what I needed her to do. I had half a head highlights done as a model by Olivia. Everything was professional, friendly, told me at each stage what they were doing, also Jim was discussing and training my stylist as she was doing it. Olivia was friendly and funny and made me laugh. I was totally relaxed and enjoyed the experience, I was offered drinks throughout, and Jim handed us all a sweetie, which was delicious. When it came time to wash and apply conditioner, I experienced THE most amazing head massage from Olivia, so much so I wanted to take her home lol. I enjoy helping people to further their career in this way by being a model and I benefit too. It is a win win for us all at Tony and Guy. Jim is a fantastic boss and trainer, and gives praise when it is deserved, which is wonderful, he is extremely patient and so very kind. The whole team are just lovely, helpful, professional and have excellent knowledge. I ALWAYS walk out feeling a million dollars!! Olivia I want to thank you, I was so happy with my hair, I actually shed happy tears when I got home and looked in the mirror, it has lifted me and my confidence, if you need another model to practice/train on, I would be more than happy to be your model!! I can see a bright future for you at Tony and Guy!! Love and hugs ❤️?

Had a full head colour, and cut, which was fine. My styling was finished off with a beautiful French braid, which I loved. Unfortunately by the time I had got back to my car the bobble had fallen out without me noticing and the braiding fell out. I looked pretty rubbish by the time I got home.

I always look forward to my visits at Toni & Guy Newark. I actually live nearer to Leicester and have used the salon there but I much prefer the team and the overall salon at Newark. The salon has a nicer feeling, it’s light and airy . I can relax as they’ve always to what I’d like with the perfect result no matter if that’s a cut or colour.
Jim and his team are always very welcoming, knowledgable and professional. I love getting my hair done by Chloe, a top notch result every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’d highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

After taking out my hair extensions my thin hair looked the worse it’s ever looked, so dry, lifeless with such thin spilt ends. I needed help desperately and Chloe was the first person who came to mind. She had been cutting my hair for a while before I had the extensions, always doing an amazing job. I
I went to the salon upset and anxious about my hair, but as always Chloe put me at ease, she has such a warm energy. She cut my thin hair into a bob , she really worked her magic, making it look thicker and bringing it back to life again. Such a talented stylist is Chloe!!
