Many thanks for your review and we are so sorry you were not completely happy with your hair as we strive to make sure that all our clients have the best possible outcome and experience

Despite being happy after your consultation with the colour chosen, and after your appointment you did pop back and mention it felt a little dark. We said we could certainly help with that (no bleaching was mentioned). As it was not a permanent colour you agreed that a couple of shampoos may be all it needed and you’d be happy to try that and you’d let us know if that didn’t help or you weren’t completely happy.

We are sorry you chose to use a home kit rather than return to the salon but are glad that you are happy with the outcome. We can also reassure you that the colour we used would not permanently or temporarily be able to lighten any of your hair.
