Fantastic hair treatment with Jemima.. left the salon with shiny straight hair after having the Keratin hair straightening treatment this evening & knowing that this is a treatment that’s last a good few months, very happy with the service

All the team portray a happy and professional image, they all appear to be proud of where they work & what they do. Ruth is an excellent stylist, friendly & helpful, she always listens to what I'm trying to explain about my requirements & gives honest advice. She's the only stylist I've had in many years that does that which means I always leave feeling very happy with my cut....she even manages my fringe which does have a mind of its own! All in all I highly recommend the salon! Thank you all!

Emily is a fantastic colourist who really understands her clients hair. It is then over to Sean for a wonderful cut and blow dry to show off my cut and colour to perfection and give excellent advice on how to manage my own hair which has a will of its own, between visits

It had been a while, 10 plus months, my hairdresser moved out of area and a treat from my son for my birthday, chose Keith Hall's as the name and brand I know. I didn't know what to expect but blown away by my experience. A lovely talented stylist, Catherine, put me at ease. Didn't have a clue tbh and she talked me through colours process etc. Truly appreciated. I value opinion and the time. Well I went in feeling tired and unsure. I had the most amazing day, and an amazing experience. The time, patience and care, along with the amazing professional style I ended up with truly overwhelmed me today. Like is that me? Just incredible. An amazing talented lady right here.. ?? Lifted me so much today and I can't recommend enough. 5 stars doesn't do justice. Came out feeling a million dollars, and feeling amazing. Definitely returning. I can't stop looking at my hair and it's like mine.! Not sunk in yet, but the best day ever for me and much needed. A true gem right here at Top Knot. Catherine. I used to live in Nottingham and I’ve been going to Emily for cut and colour for the last 3 years. I’ve now moved to London but I haven’t been able to find anyone as good as her. She understands my hair so well and always exceeds my expectations. I trust her fully and she is worth that trip up to Nottingham a few times in the year! It always feels like catching up with old girlfriends! The entire team of KH Hair is extremely warm and hospitable. I always feel my very best when I walk out of the door! I would recommend the salon and Emily to everyone!

Steve is a fab stylist, takes his time to understand what you want and to do a great cut. I have short hair, which grows fast but find the cut lasts well. The staff are all really friendly and helpful.

I see both Amber and Ruth and think they are both fantastic. I am always happy and my colour recently has had lots of compliments. I had an issue with my colour fading too quickly and Ruth listened and really cared about ensuring this didn’t happen. She worked her magic, advising me on changing the tones slightly and taking steps to keep it vibrant and it all worked, I’ve been very happy. The team is very skilled.

Catherine took great time and care , using her expertise and knowledge to colour my thinning hair, creating a beautiful colour using low and highlights. She also advised the use and frequency of the Nioxin products. After Sean had cut my hair she came to see the final result. Great end to end service from a very caring professional.

I had a fabulous first perm experience with Joy and was even more impressed that when I asked a question a few days later that she had me in for another (complimentary) appointment to make sure the final result lived up to my expectation, even though her original work had no flaws. I recommend Joy to anyone seeking curly hair!
