KH hair had done everything they could to make me feel as safe as possible.
The salon was immaculate, all staff were wearing relevant PPE, clients were also wearing face masks. Each station was thoroughly cleaned after each client left, a one way system was in place and social distancing was being implemented with many chairs out of use and protective screens between wash basins.
The staff used sanitiser to keep equipment safe and all clients were temperature checked on arrival and asked to sanitise their hands too.
Emily was careful to follow all the new rules and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I felt safe and cared for and Debbie continually checked that rules were being followed by staff and clients. Thank you for making my first visit back a safe one, you’ve all worked so hard to make this happen. Thank you to Emily who not only made me feel safe and relaxed but also for a fabulous hair cut and colour.
