Back to get a well needed haircut after nearly 4 months in lockdown. It was great to see that the staff at Keith Hall had spent a lot of time and effort devising the safest way to welcome back their customers in these trying times. A friendly welcome as usual, well drilled procedures and strict adherence to hygiene and social distancing was great to see - and the best that I've encountered so far!
Mary was, as always, extremely friendly and helpful. As my hair was so unusually long, I had a vague idea for a new style and Mary listened to my idea and expanded it with great recommendations. The end result was fantastic and I can't thank Mary enough for her help and expertise in delivering exactly what I imaged.
