KH Hair Nottingham

I missed an appointment due to "Lock Down Part 2" and was due to visit on the first day of re-opening. Unfortunately, my stylist was unwell on the day and the Front of House team contacted me via telephone early on that day.

Unfortunately I can't remember which member of the Front Of House team contacted me however, she worked hard to get me another suitable appointment as soon as possible.

My appointment was on a Sunday and I was seen by Michelle, I have never had my hair done by Michelle and I was a little apprehensive when I arrived. My worries were completely unfounded however, as Michelle was extremely welcoming and very patient as I explained what I wanted doing.

Michelle was very friendly, extremely attentive and professional - she cut and coloured my hair exactly how I wanted it doing without any fuss.

I am extremely grateful to all of the staff at the Castle Gate branch for getting me sorted, especially as my hair was getting to be a complete mess because of the missed appointment.

I'm especially grateful to Michelle for stepping in and preforming a great job on my hair.

Thank you to all and I hope you all have a fantastic, if not a little different, Christmas and New Year.
