Bad experience ever. A total of 3 calls made to get my booking done. I explained over the phone what I want- long hair wet cut and finish and explained wanting layers. Booked the appointment with *****. On my online booking account it said the appointment is for 45 min worn Sadie and not 30 min. When I turned up as the last appointment of the day at 6.30 I was told that it would have to be booked as a complete redesign and that it would cost close to 20£ more. All I was told was that she doesn’t have time to complete this appointment but offered her colleague who had one hour but a increase in price. What’s frustrating as a first time customer is that there was no courtesy to correct the error on their part but a straightforward explanation to say you have to pay more or you can try getting a hair cut with a graduate stylist. You can imagine how this has inconvenienced me despite having called multiple times to make sure I got the booking done correctly on the phone. Bad customer service. Left not wanting to go there ever again. Clearly it’s seemed like a case of clock watching and yet the online system said that I have 45 min for the wet design I had booked with Sadie
