Rosie was excellent - not her fault but treatment room is noisy and a little cold... but you could not fault Rosie...lovely girl
We are sorry that it was loud when you were having your treatments, we try to keep the volume on a low when your in there! For the temperature i think it's time we turn on the Radiators downstairs, it's officially winter!
