If I could give more than 5 stars I would, & not just because of the great outcome of the actual waxing.
I was overly nervous about my first ever Hollywood wax, from the first phone call to the end of my appointment the service was 2nd to none! Often said about salons but I really mean that.
I was put at ease before I’d even been. The young lady who took my call was caring and compassionate to my nerves & concerns.
When I arrived it was a lovely atmosphere & I was then treated by Natalie, who took me to a beautiful room where I was made to feel safe & at ease.
Natalie ( who I will forever call magic hands lol ) was amazing, answering any concerns or worries & made me feel very calm & relaxed about the whole situation, giving me advice on the procedure & how it all went also. I was shocked at how quick & almost painless she was at her job! Using hot wax that uses no strips & letting me know what & when as I needed. Never once did I feel uncomfortable with Natalie, even as a very anxious person. I could not recommend SO hair,nails & beauty high enough!
The experience was very calming, & the end result was a clean, excellently done wax, I didn’t think that smooth was possible. I’ll never go anywhere else.
If you’re thinking of getting a wax, please, take my advice, SO is the place to go!
Thank you to Natalie & the whole salon for a wonderful experience at such a daunting thing, that was actually not what I’d thought for so many years.
