TONI&GUY Banbury

I have been a customer at this salon for many years now. I usually get my hair coloured and styled by senior technicians or technical directors. I have always paid more less similar price for the service and always have been very happy. I recently had my hair coloured by the same technical director as usual, same color, same service as always, except without the cut this time. At the end I paid 100% more than what I usually pay and that is without my usual hair cut. Nobody warned me about the price change even though I am a regular customer there and they know well how much I usually pay. I think 100% price rise is unacceptable. This exceeds London Covent Garden and Oxford Circus Toni and Guy prices.
I strongly recommend checking and confirming prices before visiting this salon.

I arrived 15 minutes early, a very polite woman on reception with bright orange hair welcomed me in and offered me a range of hot drinks.
I was booked with Rachel who has been my long term favourite hairstylist, she came over to where id been sat on time (stylists running late is a pet hate of mine and would defiantly put me off returning).
Rachel is always friendly and professional plus I've never been disappointed in the cut.
Very happy customer again today

Sonya is not a hairdresser she is a little miracle worker! She is so talented and not only cuts hair fantastically, she is a tonic to be with. An hour of pleasure! Great support staff too.

I have had my haircut by Charlotte this morning. I am always very pleased with my cuts and always listened to as to preference of length to be taken off. She is always chatty and cheerful and nothing is too much bother. I do feel that if I compare this salon to others that I have been familiar with, having lived in various areas throughout the UK, that this salon is in need of a little bit of TLC. For instance today the weather is miserable, wet and windy but there was no heating in the salon and it was cold! Again, the decor could be enhanced to making it a more inviting experience to the Salon. I would like to add that since the appointment of the new dep manager, the atmosphere is a lot happier and more cheerful and attention to detail is more in keeping with a Toni & Guy salon.

Just had a great haircut from Hitesh. Will be returning very soon!

I cannot recommend Toni & Guy in Banbury more highly. The team led by Hitesh are friendly, professional and skilled.

Love this Salon, Hitesh is brilliant I am always really happy with my hair and colour, all the staff and so friendly and welcoming, especially Neil.

Was totally nervous as I'd spent two weeks unpicking my dreads and hadn't been to a hair salon in over 15 years! Went in to two other salons but didnt feel comfortable. Then went into Toni & Guy banbury on the off chance I could be seen straight away. Greeted by a lovely smiling face then a Neil who saw me straight away. Not only did I walk away feeling like a million dollars, he also took the time to show me a few tricks with my style I. E for everyday life or a more glamorous look, as well as other advice etc. Also felt totally at ease with all the staff. Lovely vibe. Definitely going back and would recommend to anyone. Cant fault the place.

I had my KeraStraight treatment yesterday at Tony &Guy in Banbury. It’s a semi-permanent Keratin treatment that promises silky smooth hair and I was not disappointed.
My treatment was done by the lovely Director, Hitesh, who made sure he talked me through the entire process before starting it. I felt very comfortable with the whole thing and enjoyed every minute of it.
It is a long process but oh so worth it.
My hair looks so much healthier, soft and shiny. I have been told that it will last around 3.4 months with the right shampoo (KeraStraight Shampoo and conditioner)
I would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone who battles with frizz and who doesn’t want to use straightener on a daily basis!
And I would définitely recommit Tiny & Guy in Banbury. Since Hitesh has taken over the Banbury branch it feels like a different salon altogether. The customer service is really good, the staff is friendly and smile at all times and you really think good and comfortable being there and gives you a really good and enjoyable experience.
I’m already thinking of booking my next treatment in 3-4 months time!

So pleased with my highlights , Thus is my second time of having highlights with Neil , he is very experienced and specialist in colouring , I have tried many other salons in Banbury since moving from London but I have never been very happy with my colour until coming to Neil , he is experienced and it shows in his technique for the highlights which look natural and sunkissed ,I’m really happy to have finally found a good colourist in Banbury ! . Also nice coffee and tea and friendly staff . Thanks

Every time I go here I get a great experience. Getting your hair done the way you want is one thing but to get excellent customer service and welcoming people that want to help even though they are not the ones cutting your hair makes it value for money, Hitesh is excellent.

Really great service by Neil and his colleagues. I felt very welcome and looked after from the moment I arrived.
Neil did a fantastic job helping me select a style that suited me and helping me disguise hair loss from Trichotillomania.

Atmosphere is so much better with the changes now being made by new franchise owner and likewise Neil Assistant Manager. The dowdy dated decor is set to change as well to reflect an even more uplifting experience. Look forward to my next visit to see Neil who is doing my makeup for an upcoming function.

Mix up on the pricing because had somebody different but was not told about the extra charge until i came to pay, but it was sorted but still paid £10 more than used to. At least when i had Sonia she did the colour completly, Neil did my roots then an apprentice finished off the rest of the refresh colour and blow dry. So no i would not of been happy if i had to pay the full £71 for that. I'm still trying yo get the dye from my forehead its looks awful, but a lovely colour. Maybe time to find a new hairdressers after going there for the past 16 years

What a great salon. Normally I would feel a bit intimidated going into a new salon for the first time, especially a famous name such as T&G, but prices are reasonable and the staff here are friendly, attentive and offer good advice, as well as a great choice of complimentary drinks. Hitesh was my stylist, I always thought my hair had been cut well in the past, but the way Hetish cut and styled my hair really made me understand what a difference a good quality haircut can make to everyday maintenance. I came away from the salon full of confidence, happy my hair was styled just as I wanted, and not reaching for my hat, scurrying home to wash it again and get it how I like it, as I have had to many times with other salons. It seems crazy to say but I have a fabulous hair cut that doesn’t feel like I’ve just had my hair cut. Hitesh clearly knew his stuff, he listened when I explained my hair could be unruly due to its natural curl, and he used cutting techniques to make the most it. I have gem here. Thanks Hitesh I will be back.

Much more like the old days the salon was busy with more than one client. It made for a much more pleasant experience.

Since Hitesh has taken over the salon I've come back and it's better than ever! Massage chairs when you're having your hair washed, a wide choice of hot drinks, happy staff, good music and really really good haircuts!! Hitesh is a brilliant hairdresser and really spends time making sure he has done what you wanted. I'm definitely staying now!
