Been coming here for a while and never disappointed. This time however, Dhruvi (Dee) cut my hair. I explained what I wanted (to be able to travel for a few months without a hairdryer and without looking ridiculous after coming out of the sea!). She asked BEFORE making cuts to see if I was happy, made suggestions (didn't just cut like some hairdressers do when they think they know best!). Not only did I come away looking and feeling absolutely amazing, I've tried and tested with no hair dryer and what she did has stayed! Unbelievable. Even showed me future tips. Highly recommended and if I was staying in the country, I wouldn't go to anyone but her!! (especially if you're nervous about the way you look!). THANK YOU DEE!! X

Another great appointment. Decided to have a fringe on my graduated bob which I am delighted with. Sidonie took great care to ensure it would work for me and did a beautiful cut again. Visit regularly to keep my one length bob in shape and always happy. Decided on graduated Bob for a change. Sidonie did an amazing job and was careful to ensure I was happy. I was absolutely delighted with my new graduated bob, and to be fair all my hair appointments have had fabulous results. I buy their products which really help to keep my bob sleek especially in this damp autumnal weather. Always recieve lovely welcome from receptionist who really looks after you. I was put in the safe hands of Lydia for a colour that I've wanted for a long time. She consulted with me about what I was after and what she could do to get the best and closest result. She then took me through the colour chart and thoroughly explained everything before, during and after my appointment. She was also lovely to chat to throughout my lengthy appointment and happily gave me advice on styling my hair and maintenance at home. I'm over the moon with the results I got from Lydia today. I will definitely be back to see her before Christmas!

I had a colour which looked ok but needed a toner to avoid looking yellow . Stylist couldn’t follow a cut to blow dry to correct style
There did not seem to be a warm or welcoming atmosphere and staff don’t seem enthusiastic or sociable .
I paid for a colour but the salon experience was sadly lacking

As a regular to this salon, I am once again very pleased with my hair. Sidonie takes great care in what she does, ensuring the perfect bob style. Sidonie has a lovely gentle way about her and the whole experience is very relaxing. We have a discussion before to ensure I am happy which, of course, I always am. Salon well run and their products are fab! I have fine hair and use their anti frizz products which are a life saver for me, especially as I like to walk with husband in all weathers. My bob stays pretty good even if misty weather. I also had a fab hair wash, very relaxing and great care given.
Thank you Sidonie and the lovely receptionist (very helpful) and the young lady who did my hair wash. Very pleased!

I was made to feel welcome and given a cup of tea straight away then waited about 10 minutes, I allowed an hour and a half for a cut and blow dry but we ran out of time. Disappointed with the cut disappointed the finish it didn’t last for my evening do and paid a lot of money- although the service I received was lovely, I felt I didn’t get the cut I wanted sadly - my fault for not parking in the right place for longer and not communicating time - will learn for another time.

The shampoo was lovely and relaxing, but I cannot say enough about Lydia! She took great care with my hair and did exactly what I wanted and needed to have healthy looking hair. Would highly recommend Toni and Guy Banbury, very professional!!

I have been visiting the salon for 2 years and found the service and skills exceptional. You are always greeted by a smiling face and offer of refreshments while waiting if early . The junior staff explain exactly what they are going to do and you have the added bonus of a relaxing massage in the seat while you are having your hair washed. Sidonie who colours and cuts my hair is absolutely amazing and I never come away disappointed. Her knowledge and skills and professionalism is 5 star. She always asks me what I would like but offers advice if I want a change of colour and not sure . I have recommended the salon and Sidonie to friends although all the staff are amazing . Well done for such a lovely team who always go the extra mile . ?????

I always get a fabulous hair cut at this wonderful salon. Had Maisie today who did a fab job with my straight hair bob cut and I am very pleased. All staff so friendly and professional. Very relaxing hair wash, cannot fault this salon. Purchased some summer hair care products in a handy zip pack. Thank you Maisie and all staff as you are a great team!!

Hitesh spent the entire 3.5 hours colouring my hair. We didn't discuss too much the end result, but I was really pleased with the results! Full head foils and toner. My hair colour and texture looks and feels really good. I can be quite critical and some what nervous of new hair stylists. Thankfully I no longer need to find a NEW one ;)

As usual Lydia was brilliant and knew exactly what I wanted. The only downside (and I don't blame her) was that she seemed to have been double booked so it ended up taking a lot longer than I anticipated.

HITESH DONE IT AGAIN!

I was let down by "a salon" yesterday and was devastated with their response saying that they ONLY booked me for a consultation rather than a haircut! I sat in my car saying "I need a haircut badly!" and whilst I was sat in my car googling the salon near Banbury, Toni&Guy appeared on the top list! SO I tried my luck and rang the salon. A lady answered the call and told me that there were a slot available at 1900hrs (whoohhoooo!! Lucky me!) and so I booked the time slot! Soon as I arrived the Salon, I was surprised to see Hitesh there. I've known this guy and her lovely wife many years ago (used to be his and his wife's Client by the way). I was so happy to see a familiar face at Toni&Guy and after I told Hitesh the style I'm after (well, he is the pro) and he just done this amazing haircut ever!! I am the old me again (with more confidence now) for having this new look and a hairstyle (Thanks to Hitesh!) :-) Price is slightly more than I expected BUT, it's the price I am willing to pay coz he made my day yesterday! Highly Recommend this Salon!
