Booked a treatment through Groupon and was asked for voucher number when we called to make an appointment. We were offered a day that didn't suit us then owner refused to offer an alternative. We then discovered the voucher had been redeemed even though we hadn't had the treatment. The business owner refused to refund the money and when we complained to Groupon she claimed we were a no show. Money is obviously more important to her than good reviews and recommendations. Avoid like the plague
