As someone who hasn't visited a hair salon in many years, I was quite nervous about my visit. The stylist, Chris, listened carefully to my concerns, and to my requirements. He asked pertinent questions, and talked me through what he was doing. He was very reassuring, and gave me a new, stylish cut that looks good and is easy to maintain.
I was given a very relaxing scalp massage during my hair wash, which I really enjoyed.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Excellent colour and cut

My aunt was visiting from New York to attend my son's wedding and wanted a wash and blow dry. As she is very particular about her hair and appearance, I was concerned that she wouldn't be happy with her hair style. I needn't have worried, Jamie did an excellent job and my aunt couldn't be happier. He did exactly what she wanted and in fact said he did a better job than her own stylist back home. Her hair still looked great 5 days later when she returned home. Thank you Jamie so much.

I can’t recall my stylist’s name.
When I left the salon, I didn’t think it was a good cut but when I got home and looked properly, I was horrified as one side is so much longer and heavier than the other. If I lived closer, I would come back to ask for it to sorted out but it is too far for me to come. I have had to try and do a bit of cutting myself to even it up but am very upset about it and feel embarrassed to go anywhere and be seen with it. It is a shame as the cut from Carly last time was fabulous and I had booked with her but she was off sick.

He sorted out a terrible mess with grace and style and Icwentxaway feeling very much better

I love how well Jaime works on my hair. He’s been my hairdressers for the last two years and he is so diligent in the way he works. I’m always happy with my colour and cut when he’s worked on it. He’s courteous and considerate making sure I’m happy and comfortable. He’s an asset to the salon.

As always, Jamie coloured my hair to exactly how I wanted it and what most suited me. Finished off with a beautiful blow dry. Walked out feeling great.

I normally have my haircut by Jaime or Carly. Excellent service, very professional. Very nice people and a great haircut. A good cut is essential, I’d struggle to go anywhere else.

I was late arriving and a little stressed but Jamie was really good got me a cup of tea and gave my hair a good wash and head massage. My hair is great thank you

Wonderful new haircut with Carly

First time at Tony and guy in Oxford for a keratin blow dry. Chris looked after me and done my treatment. He was really professional and talked me through the process. I have had this blow dry done many of times but this time it feels the best so far! Thanks Chris

Ellie is super friendly and did an amazing job on my hair, love my new bangs!

She is very nice and accommodating to her client’s wish but also gives her expert opinion to what could be best to maintain the shape of the hairstyle.

Always look forward to my salon visit as I feel pampered, special and spoilt! Very customer focussed and feels like a treat to go.

Paige literally gave me the best cut of my life! She was so friendly and warm and really gave me the whole experience- can’t wait to see her again!

Lauren was excellent, as per usual, but the lady that washed my hair was not great. She pulled my hair quite strongly in a few occasions. Even the head massage was a bit like torture. I didn’t want to be rude so didn’t say anything and just put up with it, but it wasn’t pleasant at all.

Paige was lovely and made me feel really comfortable and gave me the most incredible hair.
