I had a great cut & dry yesterday with Jaime, as always.
I have found Toni and Guy stylists are always trained to a high standard. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the salon clean and tidy. T & G is a little pricey but it is worth it.

Chris was as amazing. Fantastic professional cut & great conversation.

Chris is very kind & attentive.. I am deaf & whereas some people are intolerant of this he understands & is compassionate. I always come away feeling a better person along with having a great hair cut .

Chris is Fernandes (forgive me if I spelt it wrong) is fantastic. He had previously done my keratin treatment, and I returned to him for a haircut. He listened to what I wanted, gave me excellent advice, and then gave me a haircut that is EXACTLY what I wanted. I am always very picky about who cuts my hair and have had the same stylist in India for 20 years. But Chris is my stylist in the UK now. And an exceptionally talented one. I hope Chris stays at Toni and Guy, and that’ll make me a returning customer to the salon!

My stylist is excellent. He is thoughtful and meticulous in everything he does. Also he is kind and courteous always. I think he’s a great listener too!

My friend and I had a haircut with Chris yesterday. I am personally really impressed with how good customer service he is. He was really attentive and paid attention to detail. He really listened to what my friend and I wanted , and rechecked every now and again if this is what we like. IMPRESSIVE!!! And we got a hair cut done exactly that we wanted. Thanks Chris.

I recently visited your salon with the hope of getting highlights, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. I was disappointed to find that despite using bleach, my hair ended up darker than before. Additionally, I was surprised to find that your salon was quite expensive, yet the quality of service did not match the price.

Furthermore, when I requested that my card be removed from your systems, I was told that it could not be done. This was concerning as I value my privacy and security and would prefer that my personal information not be kept on file if I am no longer a customer.

Overall, I am disappointed in my experience at your salon and do not plan to return in the future. I hope that in the future, you will take into consideration the feedback of your customers and strive to provide the high-quality service that your prices suggest.

Very happy with my hair cut with Chris on Wednesday. Actually, I think he's a mind reader because he always does a great job with my unruly hair.

My stylist took special care today. I wasn't feeling well, nothing was said - just quiet, careful attention to detail, and a great cut made me feel so much better. How special is that?!

Paige was really fantastic for my simple cut, I felt really at ease, the perfect balance of conversation. A great experience, I will be back!

Always love going in Toni and guys Oxford to get my hair cut or just washed and blow dried! Team are all very friendly, welcoming and the whole experience is very relaxing. Paige did a fab job at cutting my hair and styling it. Will be back again soon!

Brilliant service from Paige - it's been a while since I've enjoyed going to the hairdressers. It was a Monday so nice and quiet but Paige was very attentive, observant and knew that I was on my lunch break and asked her colleague to go to lunch later so she could also help me blow dry my hair. Paige was super approachable and friendly and actually listened to what I wanted.

If I go back in the future I will request for Paige again.

Had balayage done with Aga, she is very professional and great at what she does, very happy with the results and the whole salon experience

Jaime is a perfectionist, so that’s why I always book with him. Another great blow dry, left it smoother and shinier than I’ve seen it for a long time. Cut and style was just what I wanted. Jaime also advised me how to keep my hair protected from the rain outside, as I didn’t have an umbrella.

Didn’t really listen. For £80 I got a haircut that is too short, and not the style I asked for. I wasn’t assertive to say something at the time. Won’t be coming back :(
