I always get the haircut that I ask for with Helen unlike some salons I've been to in the past where they've just never listened or understood what I've asked for. Helen is so committed she is even prepared to give up part of her day off to do my hair ready for my holiday.

I had a great experience at quintessential today I had a full hair colour with highlights could not have being treated better I am very pleased with the colour and cut I received thanks to Helen and her team .

I have always been fussy about having my hair done until I went to Quintessential and was lucky enough to find Ria. I wanted a complete change but didn't know if I would be brave enough, to cut a long story short I have gone from blonde to dark with red highlights and my hair is in so much better condition. I love having the confidence to sit down and just say do whatever you want knowing it will look good! If you want to be pampered this is where you go ????

I am always delighted when I leave this salon looking far better than when I arrived. The atmosphere is friendly and the newly refurbished salon is wonderful, very tasteful.

I always feel so much better after having my hair done in this friendly salon. It has just been tastefully refurbished by the clever owner Helen and her husband. It is also very reasonably priced.

I've been a customer since June 2015 when I was recommended by a family member and I certainly have no regrets.I have my hair expertly coloured every 6 weeks by Rea with interim cuts. The staff are very friendly and I am really delighted with the results. We moved from Ludlow in November and I am more than happy to travel 45 minutes - 1 hour to continue using this great salon.

Lovely salon - very clean & tidy & tidy looking staff too! Nicely dressed in black. Coffee beautifully presented & little cake a nice touch. Melissa as usual is a fabulous additional to the salon and I hope she will continue to be very happy there. Looking forward to trying other facilities x

Massage was without doubt just fabulous. Eased my aches and pains. Highly recommend Becky. Second to none.
Stayed and had hair treatment with Leah which was also fabulous and very relaxing.
Finished off with a blow-dry by Helen and as always was perfect. Thank you all.

I visited quintessential today they were brill so grateful they could fit me in at very last minute for a cut and blow dry was no problem at all,i had hair washed cut and dryed by millie shes a new member and shes fab my hair looks beaut and feels great looking forward to my colour next time lovley girl x all staff so friendly :)

Very pleased with my cut and blow dry by Helen who took time to listen to my concerns over my hair and her recommendations demonstrated her experience and restored my confidence in having my hair cut and styled. I've hiding my grey with an array of colours for well over 10 years now. I finally decided to take the plunge and booked in for my new look a few Saturday's ago. The staff at quintessential never fail to impress whether u go in for a make over or massage. My hair needed stripping then bleaching twice, toned and then cut. I am delighted with my new look. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

My salon experience at Quintessential Hair & Beauty was one of the best I have had.
Personally I feel that all the staff are very helpful and personalise their service to meet your needs. They are very welcoming and this shows in their attitude when talking to you as well as other clients.
The value for money itself was amazing. I had balayage done to my hair, and it was done amazingly and so precisely. I also had a cut, blow dry and the girls styled my hair and it only came to £60. I thought it was the best value for money I have ever had. I definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back again. So thank you girls!

Visited the salon tonight with damaged locks which I really thought I would end up having to have all cut off...After a short discussion with 2 members of staff it turned out I could receive some magical repair treatment the next day for minimal cost. Tonight my hair was washed and trimmed and my faith restored..I could keep my long hair after all!! Lovely staff. .reasonable prices and very friendly!!
