I phoned Quintessential last minute on recommendation from a friend as my usual salon couldn't see me. The person recommended to me was unavailable but they'd had a cancellation with a senior stylist which suited me so I took the chance and I'm so glad I did. Lovely friendly staff, not as modern a salon as I've been to in the past but more traditional and personal which I liked, and most importantly Ria my stylist did exactly as I asked her and I left feeling very happy with a very good cut and blow dry. I felt confident enough in her hands to discuss having low lights next time. I will definitely be retuning.
