Wash was uncomfortable, wasnt given neck rest and had to ask temp of water to be turned down. Even though shown pic and had discussion about what we were doing, hair cut was not what i asked for and when i asked her to change it she was quite abrupt and didnt finish the style nicely. One side is slightly longer than the other. Was straightened instead of blow dried so looks flat rather than styled. stylist didnt speak much, when i tried to start a conversation i didn't get much response, making me feel like an inconvenience. I wouldnt recommend to friends im afraid. Having my hair done is a big treat for me as i cant afford it often and it did not feel like a treat.
