Under the difficult circumstances of the Coronavirus just beginning to take a more serious grip , the small team in that were in the Toni and Guy salon when I called in for my cut and restyle were friendly efficient and very considerate. As for Bex, her work is exceptional and as a stylist she transformed my hair with such speed and skill it was a pleasure to be involved. Bex I s a top professional her engaging manner was genuinely friendly so much so that when the status quo is regained and we can all operate normally I will definitely go back to Toni and Guy specifically for the same experience rather than any of the very many other choices in Shrewsbury. Possibly the worst colour I have had in my 30 years of highlights. Previous colourist was fantastic and shocking how even with her notes it went so horribly wrong. I don’t blame Emma, she is lovely but it was clear she cuts and colour is not Her strength.

Emma has been cutting my hair for a few months now and never disappoints she listens to what you want and carries out your wishes exactly

Gavin understands my hair and what suits, I sit in the chair and do not worry, which is fantastic, always great service which keeps me coming back

Laura always listens to what I want to try out with my hair and does a good job of making it look like the picture she has been working to

Michelle no longer works here but I was able to book an appointment online and she was still listed as a member of staff. Which on arrival is clear she hasn’t been for some time

Not happy with the cut at all, lovely girl and listened to what I wanted but didn’t style for me! I went in a trendy 40 year old and came out looking like a school teacher of 60! Short haired women don’t all want to have puffy old fashioned hair, you need to look at people’s hair when they come in and see what they like! Very disappointed and now have straight flat fringe which looks vile with my style of hair

After 3 attempts of getting the colour right - a balayage , my hair turned copper to ginger then attempting to highlight my hair got damaged - I had to get it all cut off - awful experience and refused a refund although initially offered one - I was offered to go back

Great to have my hair cut my someone who clearly knows what he's talking about, could tell what would work for my hair and style and could tell me what had been going wrong before. He didn't rush at all and I'm delighted with the result.

I am so glad that Emma came to Toni and ally Guy. I’m really happy with the way in which she cuts and styles my hair, but today, for the first time she gave me highlights. First visit to Toni and Guy in Shrewsbury, Emma was a great stylist and it was a friendly atmosphere.

From the moment I entered the Salon I was greeted with smiles and conversation from staff on reception.
I love coming here! Relaxed, friendly and welcoming. Just how it should be.
Emma was lovely. She hadn’t coloured my hair before but asked if I was happy with the previous colour (which I was) and even added some foils as I was feeling adventurous!
I felt really at ease throughout the application, we chatted about our Summers, I sipped a delicious coffee and in no time I was left to read my book whilst her magic mixture eliminated my grey!
I had an amazing wash and head massage by Hope, she’s new to the Salon and her blow dry was to die for! (Ladies you don’t know what you’re missing!).
The BEST 2 hours of my Saturday morning. 10/10

So pleased to have returned to a great hairdresser after not being able to go to Shrewsbury Tony and Guy for quite a few months due to work commitments after many years of loyal attendance. Cannot recommend them highly enough for their thoughtfulness and professionalism. Already made my next appointment. Thank you both so much.
