When I had my hair cut at Essensuals Bath I was made to feel very welcome by the whole team, especially Nikki on front of house. This was complemented by the little details like the very pleasant surroundings and the offer of refreshments. Shannon did a good job washing my hair, chatting with me and setting me at my ease. And then there was Catherine, the owner and manager of Essensuals Bath. Catherine is clearly very good at what she does and managed to make me look much better than I did when I initially walked in! I cannot recommend Bath Essensuals highly enough – the whole experience, from walking in to the salon, through to leaving with a professional hair cut by a true expert, was wonderful!
