Pleased to have my appointment today as I was anxious we might have gone into lockdown. Greeted with a smile by receptionist. Sara took me upstairs for my colour appt. She was as pleasant and warm as ever . Liam friendly and warm. Discussed hair style option and decided a small change to usual cut. Whole experience very positive
