This was the first time I have been to you and it was lovely. The lady who coloured my hair was amazing and very knowledgable. The lady who cut my hair was also lovely and took her time cutting and curling it at the end. I have re booked Thank you x

He is simply amazing. He is the best cutter, colour expert and advisor. Most of all he does exactly what I ask for. I'm 63 years of age and he is the best I've ever had. And I tried dozens and dozens of stylist in my time.

Very efficient, friendly staff and service, little disappointed with my hair colour, not as grey as I’d hoped.

I had myour hair cut by Emily . I wSM very pleased with the finish cut. Very friendly and staff friendly who wasked my hair and brought a coffee.

I was very disappointed with the result of my hair cut at Toni and Guy. I showed the hairdresser a picture of what my hair used to look like and said i wanted it cut like that again however he clearly did not pay much attention as he has cut it much short than that picture and i am very disappointed with the result. I trusted his advice because I thought showing him the picture would be enough but he must not have looked at it properly. its now going to be months before its the right length again.

Colour done by Sarah-manager, and I'm v pleased..you really listened & explained a creative solution that considered the cut-so each showed off the other for a really soft look. Cut is just how I like it-thanks Emily. Really lovely girl who washed my hair too!

Ashley gave me an excellent express cut. Great value and a great service when you haven't time for a wash and blow dry. Friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere.

I always enjoy my visits to the Bath salon, everyone is so friendly and I am always amazed how well the staff remember you between visits. The service is always excellent.

Amazing experience the young girl welcomed me into the salon with a big friendly smile. Head massage was prefect! She listened to what I had to say about my hair and advised me what shampoo and conditioner to use because of my coloured hair and the condition. I even tried a hair spa treatment for the first time and wow does my hair feel good. defiantly would be having a treatment again!

And what about the colour the lady done wonders made me feel me again! She was so helpful ad was unsure on eh colour was best suit me and my completion didn't catch her name unfortunately but defiantly be back girls!!!:)

Very good service and cut. But very expensive £41 seems allot for a Men's cut.

Normally pay around £20 for the same thing.

Amazing!! Josh did two long braids round the side of my head and put the rest up in loose curls. I loved the contrast of the two looks and how it was subtle but fierce. And so many people told me how beautiful it was and asked who did it. Thank you thank you! I will be back to Josh again for sure.

Been going to Toni & Guy in Bath for over 11 years now. Coming up to the big 65 & still get compliments on the cut of the old Barnet! I tell people you get what you pay for. Liam & team have always been welcoming. Liam has never given me an "old women hair cut" ( Thanks L x) and professional advice when I've maybe chosen unwisely. Best team in Bath so go for it ladies.

A very friendly team, my hairdresser took the time to understand what I wanted. She then created a hairstyle that really suit me.

I am very pleased with my hair colour and Sarah , who did my hair , was absolutely lovely. So professional and concerned throughout that I was comfortable and happy.

Impeccable efficiency and a lovely sense of style is what makes having your hair done in this salon worth the considerable cost. But the warmth and personality of the staff - all of them - is beyond price. Their care, humour and good conversation makes a chore into a treat.

I love going to this salon for my hair, although I probably don’t go as often as I should. I’ve dark brown hair and went to Toni&Guy for a subtle balayage (lighter brown tones, no blonde) to disguise some odd greys that were popping through. Tom did my colour and I’m really pleased with how natural my hair looked after. For the cut, I had Elliot. My hair is very long (nearly bottom length) and grows quickly. When I came in it was flat, no body and dry/split on the ends from previous colour. I asked Elliot’s suggestion on the cut, as I didn’t want to lose too much of the length, but needed it to be manageable. We went for around 3” off, long layers and a bit of shape around the face. It now falls beautifully and is easy to put up in a scruffy bun (my staple hair style!)

I know the staff, they are kind, professional and courteous. Which is all well and good, but what about the haircut? First class, as always. Thank you guys.

Love this salon, friendly, helpful staff, drink and head massage all add to the positive experience. Since refurb, the salon itself is lovely too.

Got my roots bleached, some colour removal done on a previous dye job of blue. However I also wanted to get my fringe trimmed. The guy decided I should have a full fringe instead of my usual fringe and talked me into something I didn't want. I have since decided I don't like it, And feel very let down by my hair cut. However he did a great job on my undercut and was a lovely guy, but I am really not happy with my fringe and feel forced into something I didn't want. No complaints about the service otherwise.

Wasn't at all happy with the colour I had blonde highlights which cost 160.00 my hair faded in a week or so became very dull did telephone the salon to complain told a manager would phone me back but never did....terrible really

I have been going to T&G for more years than I care to mention, but as always a brilliant haircut by Eliot and everyone in the salon was friendly and welcoming - I will be continuing to visit!
