So far so good - hair is straight and very smooth

I’ve always wanted to try a pink tint to my hair and today went in for my usual full head of highlights and came home with my usual ash blonde highlights and pink tint. It’s not permanent and so won’t last longer than a week which is great for a trial. I was nervous but, absolutely love the results. I was really well looked after by the staff and have been going to Toni & Guy Bath for about 10 years or more.

Ada is very nice and gentle. Panos won’t go anywhere else! He loves her haircuts!

I haven’t been to T&G. For quite awhile However my last hair cut at my present saloon was not as good as usual so I decided to try T&G again. What a good choice I made. Josh cut my hair and it is excellent. He listened to what I needed and Wow I am so pleased he was friendly and chatty. I wish him every success he deserves to go far

What make this place great is the staff. I see Sarah who is the most amazing stylist and always spot on. She keeps abreast of current fashion and helps me find styles that work for me which she exicutes with a high level of skill. On top of this she is warm, friendly and fun. I always look forward to having my hair done. All the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

My first visit and definitely my last. My hair is so short I hate it. I was told that my hair style was old fashioned. I am 70 years old. I said that I did not like products on my hair but was sprayed with something before I could say no. I don't think that I was actually listened to because the senior stylist was busy watching other people. No greeting. No welcome. No finding out about how a new customer would like her hair.

Great hair do yet again! I get so many compliments about my hair! I have sent a few of my cronies your way. Thank you

I thought the atmosphere was very cold and unwelcoming. I really felt “just like another customer”.
Showed my hairdresser the picture of the wanted haircut. Even though I understand at a certain level, but she kept asking me how I wanted things at each step of the haircut. I don’t know I’m not a hairdresser! Which is why I’m here! I feel like asking so many questions is to protect their back so if I came back they’d say “you said you wanted this or that way”, which is in that case true now. But it just shows me they don’t really know anything. No one talked to me or made a minimum conversation which made me uncomfortable. And I paid £50 for a chain... won’t come again. I never do bad reviews as I myself work in retail and have reviews I understand it can be quite unfair, but when I see the other reviews on Google’s I understand I am not the only one unhappy.

I’ve never been to Toni and Guy before but was recommended Liam by my husband Aaron. Liam asked lots of questions about what I wanted done and was really encouraging, taking things cautiously with length etc to check with me as we went along. He put me at complete ease and I would definitely return to Toni and Guy again

I was appalled at the treatment I received. The stylist, *****, spoke to me dismissively and confrontationally from the start, and seemed to take it as a personal affront that I had booked myself in for an express cut. She said she was going to see what she could do to keep my hair from looking ‘hideous’, and put so little effort into the cut that a random strand turned out to be an inch longer than the rest when I stood up! My hair may or may not have been suitable for an express cut, but *****'s tone and attitude left me in a slight shock. After fifteen years of patronising Toni & Guy, I am taking my custom elsewhere.

Josh (and assistant) did an amazing job - my hair is frizz free and this treatment has really brought out the colour and made my hair look super healthy. Josh also managed to fit me in at short notice. Really pleased with the results - the treatment is expensive but worth it!

Emily as ever was brilliant. It was nice and quiet on a Monday morning and I was so pleased with both my colour and cut.

Toni&Guy almost bankrupt me every time... But I still go back because I know they're going to cut my hair well. It's the first time I've had my hair cut with Sarah, but I knew I was in safe hands because she's always cuts my fringe well... And that's the part I'm most fussy about. Very pleased with the service provided.
