Few weeks ago
There was a some dispute re lunch times with a member of staff ,at reception! thought unprofessional
My stylist v friendly and a god consultation , back wash good v good junior a guy , stylist cut and styled my hair

But when home and I had my hair blow dried the front graduation not even
I rebooked this Monday and had corrected a dry trim ,
I think for £53 firstly hair cut should of been perfect
I travelled 30 miles especially
And I think a complementary treatment blow dried should of been offered as good Client care , no refreshments offered when arrived , think that should be addressed too .
Not sure if I will return
