I've just had the most conscientious back,neck and shoulder massage and facial with Rachel. I have fibromyalgia, a frozen shoulder and well dodgy neck and Rachel was careful to check in with me through the treatment...it was one of the best massages I've ever had. The facial was deeply nourishing and I got a sense through both treatments that gentle use was made of acupressure points to aid the relaxation. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you Rachel. I'll definitely be back. Xx

Had the most wonderful first experience of Reflexology at the lovely Bellitudo!

I was 40 weeks pregnant at the time, and really needed to relax, release some pressure and help my circulation!

My treatment was really amazing I totally switched off and relaxed I really recommend it!

Having popped in on a whim near to closing time, I was very pleased to be offered a half hour treatment at a reasonable price. The therapist was knowledgeable, very competent and tuned in quickly, working deeply and confidently to ease away the considerable stress and tension I was carrying. Even with the treatment time being so short, I feel much better and have a greater ease of movement in the neck and shoulder area. Highly recommended.

Had a very relaxing pedi and shellac followed by a manicure and shellac. Nails look amazing. Good advise 're colour for my fingernails thank you...daughter approves all ready for the wedding!
