Health and safety is very important at this time. And can I say well done to you. It was very professional. PPE was provided if needed. Staff and customers were wearing PPE at all times. The haircut was perfect. There again dont think I've ever had a bad haircut from the Winscombe staff. Highly recommend this saloon. Staff are very polite and friendly and very good at their jobs. Xx

Thanks to Dan for making the first visit after lockdown completely stress free. It was the usual lovely atmosphere but with all the necessary safety precautions undertaken. I left the salon with a great hair cut

Liked the salon. I think I prefer the booths. Superb colour and cut. The only thing missing was the coffee- hardly your fault. Oh and I loathed wearing the mask- thought I would pass out! Once again not your fault.

I always have Lucy she’s such a nice girl always does exactly what I want! Great conversation too such a friendship builder just amazing!

First visit back since Covid 19 struck. Very impressed with the revamped salon. Lovely and light and fresh. All cutting stations are screened and all equipment cleaned between clients. Felt very organised and safe. Plenty of hand sanitizer around for clients to use. Good use of disposable towels and cutting capes.

Great experience. Salon is doing all the right things to keep us safe.

Wonderful to have my hair brought under control again by Rhea. I have missed the pampering and conversation. Great to be back.

Everything's great from start to end. It is my first time with them and I am super haply with the whole experience espeically Lucy who is brilliant making sure I'm comfortable throughout the whole time with my hearing difficulties. Looking forward to next appointment :)

I was really apprehensive about going to the appointment in the current situation however as soon as I arrived I felt really relaxed and it was clear that all the staff knew what they were doing! All the extra measures made me feel really secure and I am really pleased with my hair cut as well as the whole experience.

Even with these strange times we are in I still felt I got the best quality of hair care! Well done guys for incorporating all the government guidelines while still maintaining the fun bubbly atmosphere and great service!

So lovely to be back and getting what was the mop chopped off! As always excellent service from Charlotte! Felt really comfortable to be there and all adhering to the hygiene standards.

So pleased to finally be able to visit the hairdressers now they are allowed to open up again. Dan did a great job restyling my hair and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Even though it was a different salon due to Covid - my normal hairdresser was there to make me feel super comfortable and like everything was just as it had always been - despite the PPE.

Love my pixie cut and feeling sufficiently pampered.
