I’ve had Nicola as my Hairdresser for over 15years at Toni and Guy Cardiff. Excellent stylist and excellent service.

The lady that cut my hair was lovely and friendly and helped me feel welcome and relaxed which is a big thing for me with suffering with anxiety so thank you so much.

Toni and guy Cardiff are the best! I’ve been visiting these guys 20 years! Always have the best cut and colour with Leaon and Nicola and the best chats! Always leave feeling glam!

I booked my appointment on line which is much better and Sam who cut and finished my hair was amazing I always book with Sam has he knows my hair I was so pleased with cut yesterday I would recommend Tony and guy to my friends

I had a total reshape from Morgan this week, he was very professional throughout, listened to what I wanted but also advised on what he thought was best, we both decided that the reshape was required and I gave him a free rein to do what was needed, he advised a softer look than the one I had in mind and I am glad he did, I left the salon feeling very refreshed and with an air of confidence once more. My hair had not been cut since pre-covid, so went from long to an angled bob. Very nice cut, very nice service.

Eloise is an artist. Amazing colourist. The salon is great: clean and welcoming. It is not cheap though, but I would not want to have my colour done anywhere else.

After a little break while I had my little boy, I’m so glad to be back in the hands of Eloise for a wonderful colour and Sam for the perfect cut! I always feel so relaxed and comfortable in the salon and I leave feeling a million dollars, every time!!

Great salon. Always a very calm and professional atmosphere.
I had tried to strip a dark red out of my hair (done by another hairdressers) and put an ash on top to try to tone it down, but ended up with light red roots and muddy ends.
The lovely colourist evened out my hair to a lovely mid-brown and assured me that it will lighten a bit as I wash it.
I then had a stylist give my hair a good trim to cut off the damaged ends.
At no point was I made to feel daft for my hair disaster, was reassured by the colourist and stylist that my hair was in decent condition, and how to care for it at home.
Having a cupcake and glass of Prosecco to celebrate their 25 years of opening was a nice touch too. Will never go anywhere else.

Another excellent hair-wash and cut from Helen. (The scalp massage being very relaxing).

Can’t thank Leon and Helen P enough yet again. Fabulous, so happy with everything again for Lara and me.

Brilliant as usual

So upset and disappointed with my cut at this Toni & Guy salon! I have been modelling for Toni & Guy academy in London for the past few years and have never had a bad experience before. My stylist ***** consulted with me about what I wanted (short, blunt cut, a bit choppy with a light fringe) but I came out having aged 10+ years with a fluffy graduated bob. My hair is way shorter than expected and the layers were so feathered my already thin hair is even thinner! Not only was the cut not what I asked for but, my stylist did not introduce himself to me or ask my name at the beginning of the appointment. He stayed completely silent throughout the cut and didn’t even ask me about my day. When he asked my thoughts on the cut and I answered honestly by saying it wasn’t quite what I wanted, he decided to argue with me, insisting he’d done what I’d asked. I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable at a salon!
This cut was meant to be a treat for myself. I felt like an inconvenience throughout the appointment and I was made to take my own robe off and having to ask for my coat/bag at the end. ***** complained about being short staffed and rushed our appointment. Shocked to have received this treatment at such a reputable salon- no way I’d recommend!

100% happy with experience as always.

This is my second visit since a change of ownership of the Salon .
On this last visit the ? receptionist was confrontational and used every opportunity to demean ,
It was almost a girl school yard behaviour .So out of place in a Salon .
