Great salon. Always a very calm and professional atmosphere.
I had tried to strip a dark red out of my hair (done by another hairdressers) and put an ash on top to try to tone it down, but ended up with light red roots and muddy ends.
The lovely colourist evened out my hair to a lovely mid-brown and assured me that it will lighten a bit as I wash it.
I then had a stylist give my hair a good trim to cut off the damaged ends.
At no point was I made to feel daft for my hair disaster, was reassured by the colourist and stylist that my hair was in decent condition, and how to care for it at home.
Having a cupcake and glass of Prosecco to celebrate their 25 years of opening was a nice touch too. Will never go anywhere else.
