I’ve been seeing Lee a few years now to get my gel nails.
He gives excellent banter, great customer service and gives great nail care advice.
Brilliant selection of colours (I love the cats eye range with the magic magnet)

Since being reopen post lock down the Team have put so much in place to keep you and them safe in some sort of norm.

I went there last night for festive nails. As ever a warm welcome, and a big smile on Lee’s face. The only thing missing was the mulled vino.
I now have beautiful galaxy graduated.

I decided to change my hair colour and the result is stunning. My hairdresser Mollie guided me throughout the process, explaining what she was doing to my hair step by step.
The salon is immaculate and all the Covid-19 guidelines are followed.

Went for my first hair cut in 3 months. The safety measures they have in place are great and was all dealt with incredibly professionally by the team. I think that I’ve had my hair cut by all of them over the years and they are all brilliant, polite, helpful and give exceptional hair cuts. I have been coming here for 3 years now to have my eyebrows tinted and waxed. John is professional and his attention to detail is impeccable. He is a perfectionist when it comes to eyebrows. I will not go anywhere else. Not to mention my eyebrows look amazing.

First time visiting this salon. Coco was so lovely, easy to talk to and did a grand job of tidying up my hair and cutting in a side fringe. Convenient location, very easy to book online and you get a cuppa - what more do you need?

Only thing I would query was the website and a poster on the salon door state new customers get discount on their first visit and this didn't seem to have applied, however, I probably should have raised this myself at the point of payment.

I will definitely go back again.

I went to The Avenue for the first time yesterday with my sister. They sat us alongside each other, Briony my stylist & my sister had Mollie. After 2 years of neglect & self colouring, Briony did me a full head of highlights with an Olalex treatment. My sister had half highlights. The outcome for both of us was awesome, just what we’d asked & hoped for. The salon has a lovely friendly feel to it, very comfortable & we were given a tea & coffee tray with biscuits! Briony & Mollie were so lovely and patient with us both & experts at what they do. Thank you so much for making it such a nice experience. Will definitely be back for future cuts & colours. Fantastic

From the very first moment of walking in I received a very warm/ friendly and welcoming service. All of the staff members were great.
I came in for talks of what was the best treatment suited for my skin and the benefits.
Aleatha was fantastic, my treatment went very well, she made me feel very relaxed and explaind each step of the treatment process.
My skin feels so good and fresh I will most definitely be booking my next appointment for next month.

Mollie did a great job with my hair today as always and had a lovely catchup

After many years of taking medication for my acne, I decided I didn’t want to go down that route anymore. I was recommended to come here from a friend and I have been doing the chemical peels and needling to help with my acne and scarring. It has helped to reduce the inflammation massively even after only 2 or 3 treatments. It is also so affordable compared to a lot of other places and John explains everything so clearly! I continue to go every week and my skin feels so much smoother and less sore. Would highly recommend.

It was my first time at the salon and I was welcomed immediately. I had a polygel nail Indio with Lee. Lee was extremely friendly and chatty, and also talked me through the process which I really appreciated. I’ve now booked in for my next visit!

Never felt more welcomed at a salon when getting my hair cut, Mollie was very friendly and gave some great advice on using heat on my hair which I’ll definitely keep in mind for my party tonight! Would highly recommend and will be back.
