I had such a wonderful experience with Holly colouring and Demi cutting my hair. I had 27 inches of hair that I wanted blue balayage on and a small trim but after a consultation and a couple of bleach tests we found my hair wouldn't be able to take it. Rather than just doing what I wanted, Holly worked with me on a plan on how we can try to get my hair healthy enough to try again someday. Instead we did a root retouching which was needed and cut a lot off (at my request) to get it healthy again. So patient and honest and I was really grateful for the kindness and honesty so I didn't fry my hair off.
