I’ve spent a lot of money here , extensions , colours and cuts , many errors along the way , wrote to them directly as don’t agree with public negative reviews , they contacted me and offered free extensions , very impressed with response BUT an hour before my appointment they contacted me to say they felt my complaints didn’t warrant free extensions, made me feel so awkward I obviously wasn’t going to come in and they had obviously decided that I wasn’t going to get anything free.
So be wary I would suggest finding another hairdressers , the latest cut I had was terrible and I had to ring them as it was totally uneven so had to pay to go to another hairdressers for them to sort it .
This salon is very expensive and is definitely not worth it .
