KH Hair Lichfield

Amazing experience as always at Keith Hall Lichfield , I felt safe that the salon was clean as it always is , there were hand gel pumps entering the salon and then again upstairs and at the hair stations with the staff wearing PPE themselves . I hadn’t been able to have my hair cut for about 7 months and couldn’t wait for James , my usual stylist, to get rid if my too long and untidy lockdown hair . I had my consultation with him discussing what I wanted and it wasn’t rushed and didn’t feel any different to pre covid times ( other than the masks ) . The lady who washed my hair was lovely and polite and I felt comfortable . Before arriving I wondered if we would even even be able to chat as normal during my hair cut but it was as normal as possible and James knowing my hair anyway cut and styled it in no time at all leaving it looking fabulous as always , I only feel sorry for the person who had to sweep up all the cut off hair ! I had thought it might not as much of a pleasant experience now things had changed and didn’t know what to expect but it was as nice as ever and it just confirms to me why I’ve been coming to Keith Hall for over 20 years and plan on doing so for the next 20 ! Thank you James for freeing me if my Lockdown Locks !
