Sorry, this message is for ***** not Lee. Always very happy with my colour and Lee but disappointed with *****. I dont want to listen to how to wash and dry my hair or the products i need to buy. I pay a lot of very hard earned money to come and have a relaxing couple of hours and I was left at the wash basin with wet hair for a little while too - sorry not to your usual standards - Pam Burton
