Beth did the full works today with colour and cut and I love it! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I recommend No 48 to anyone who loves having their hair cut and likes to have a laugh

Loved my color with Abi! She makes you feel so comfortable, and the time flies! Also a great head massage and a latte are a bonus! Can’t wait for the cut!

Fab haircuts, fab service, fab salon!

I’ve spent many years chickening out of dying my hair. As much as my ‘mousy’ (hate that term) fine hair annoyed me, I was always nervous that the dye result would be obvious and ‘clunky’. Beth however convinced me to take the plunge and I couldn’t have been in safer hands. She gave me a soft balayage, after having listened to me talk through my concerns and wishes for several trims. The process itself was enjoyable (she even shared with me her chocolate orange brownie, absolute hero) and the result I couldn’t be happier with. It took me an hour or so for it to sink in and for me to love it, by boy I so do. Thank you so much Beth! I can’t believe it took me this long to take the plunge! The result is exactly what I had hoped for and more ❤️ I’m now hooked.

I’ve visited twice this week, once for a colour and cut with Abi and then I took my daughter for a hair cut with Caitlin. As always both trips were brilliant, the girls know exactly what you want and you come out loving the end results. My daughter particularly enjoyed her time with Caitlin as she made her feel so grown up and really did give her a fab salon experience, she is loving her new fringe! Would absolutely recommend this salon

First time at no.48 and won't be my last. The team are genuinely friendly and welcoming and it's a lovely atmosphere at no.48. I'm so pleased with my new haircut! I was hesitant about trying a new style but Beth put me at ease. She asked plenty of questions to get a feel for the kind of style I was looking for, even though I didn't really have a clue what I wanted to be honest, and she listened carefully before making suggestions on style options, including showing me some pictures, that she felt would be good for me. I'm so pleased with the outcome, and feel a little boost of confidence with my new cut. Thanks Beth!
