Saturday was the first time I visited your salon and have been left very disappointed I’m afraid.

I was booked in for a T section and toner. I got home and looked in the mirror to find that my parting had barely been touched and the toner had only been applied to my roots so my hair was two different tones.

I called as soon as I got home and the hairdresser who did my hair said ‘it probably was me who did your hair’ - she told me that she only had 3 clients today, me, a female cut and a male cut so she obviously knew who I was. She did not apologise and was extremely blasé about my complaint. She told the salon is closed until Friday so she can’t rectify my hair until Friday and the only appointment I could have was 1pm. I am bridesmaid to my best friend on Saturday so it doesn’t give me any time to fix it is again not right so I really hope it will be sufficient this time around.

I was recommended No.48 by a friend and on seeing my hair and hearing about my experience they are really embarrassed.
