I went to get my hair cut at the weekend, not planned. The salon was empty, should have heard the warning bells. The salon was dirty with hair ingrained to the foot stools etc. I had my hair washed and sat down to have it cut(the longer my hair is the thinner it is) so when I have it cut with a fringe it goes back to being thicker. No!! No idea what happened but fringe is fizzy and uncontrollable as is the rest of my hair and is now even thinner that it was before, am so embarrassed walking round with it the way it is. And to add insult to injury I was in there for less than 15 minutes and it cost me £45!!!! I didnt even get my hair straightened or asked if I wanted it done . In every other salon I’ve had this . I will never go there again again or recommend it . I am desperately trying to find somewhere else to get it rectified
