Always love coming here, the staff are always so friendly and professional. The salon have handled the Covid pandemic really well, at 9 months pregnant I felt very safe coming here.

I am so pleased with how my appointment went today! The team were lovely and friendly. They had a could system and I put my belongings in a box, there was hand sanitiser at the desk and everyone wore masks. There was a lovely, chatty and vibrant atmosphere. I was still offered a drink which I declined but was grateful for on a cold day! Georgia, who cut my hair, was so lovely and has done a lovely cut for me! I’ll be back!

Visited the salon for the first time on 24,10,2020 . Was extremely pleased with my cut. Georgia was warm, brilliant and did exactly as I wanted. Fantastic stylist and have rebooked. Thankyou.

First time at this branch as usually go to Cambridge. Had a lovely experience and Georgia sorted out my very neglected hair brilliantly. Georgia has coloured and cut my hair for about 5 years. I’ve been going to the salon for more years than this. I completely trust her, she always does a professional and brilliant job with my hair. I wouldn’t want anyone else to do it. Today’s experience in the salon was a great as always, even with Covid. Thank you!

Such a talented and skilful stylist, wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. My hair can be difficult at the best of times but Georgia’s expertise and amazing colouring skills make it look fabulous.

Great hair cut and colour by Pearl who was amazing and extremely accommodating. I was impressed at the level of hygiene too, and the fact that almost everything used was disposable.

I had a lovely experience today with Amy after calling into the shop I was helped straight away, Amy was so so plight and helpful I will definitely come back thank you.

Pearl did exactly what I asked and I was really pleased with the style. Will definitely have Pearl next time I need my hair doing.

Always love having a haircut with Georgia I took my daughter as well this time. She's a great hairdresser. She's always patient and listens to what you want . I have great confidence in her and she did us both proud this visit.
Wasn't so impressed with the appointment system that didn't inform us the previous week that she had taken annual leave. Waited at 8 am for 40 mins for the booking line to open to be told she'd called in sick. Which it turns out she hadn't. Was offered a 20% discount on the rescheduled cuts but original bookings were on a 20% discount day so no real savings made.

A spotlessly clean salon, excellent PPE and a brilliant friendly team. Faith is an excellent stylist, my balayage looks fabulous and the cut makes it easy to maintain at home. An excellent massage and deep conditioning from Kayleigh too. Thank you both and see you in a few months.

My stylist was Pearl - not on the above list. And she was outstanding!! Best colour I have had in a long time. Huge credit to her. Kayleigh who washed and dried my hair was lovely.
The salon head office was awful - took money from my card without authorisation. Manager wouldn’t do anything. Appointment cancelled - rebooked - discounts not given as promised. Absolutely shocking. Not told of the price increases either.

Pearl to the rescue! Thanks for being my saviour from a bad hairdo. Lovely job.
