Here at Toni&Guy Newmarket we pride ourselves on a friendly and professional service throughout your salon experience.
We opened the salon in the town centre in 2005 making it easily accessible to clients living in the town and surrounding areas.
Our strong team of passionate stylists and technicians have been working hard in the industry for over a decade. During this time they have gained recognition within the company and provide a service that reflects this.
At Toni&Guy Newmarket we have a strong work ethic and comfortable salon feel which will give clients exceptional results and a relaxed experience.
All of our team are willing to help and advise be it with new colour, styling or find the right product to help you recreate your salon style.

Faith is great, but I have a major problem with the answering service! The call center is awful and made a mistake on my booking and with other clients. The cluster delayed my service for 30 minutes and made next client delay and then processing of my hair had no one to wash or dry. Faith was so kind about all of it. They need in-salon receptionist and assistants.

Amy did a full head of highlights and a cut. I'm over the moon with the result. The colour is stunning, technically flawless. I definitely recommend. The salon was spotted, as always the staff were friendly and attentive.

There was a mix up with the price that I was quoted, before my appointment so I ended up paying more than I'd budget for which was a shame.

Pearl was amazing, she was as confident in what she was doing and managed to achieve the style I wanted.

Honestly I should have said this in salon but it wasn’t until i got home that I realised.....this girl is amazing ! While Georgia hadn’t coloured my hair before (black, long Afro Caribbean)....she is now my go to! Absolutely can’t say enough about her expertise ! Incredible!! Give this girl a raise !!!

Fabulous service as always, thank you Faith, it’s great to be back.
A great pity the protective wear wasn’t reusable, it’s imperative this Is addressed as it’s a detriment to the environment. I know it’s not your choice of preference, Maybe the customers could sign a petition for you whilst in the salon?

Hair cut like a basin. Stylist did not want to be working. Expressed furlough was preferable. Stylist not even on list. Attempt at PPE but given 2 aprons and no cape. Hair everywhere.

After a 4 month gap I was feeling anxious especially as I don't usually go to this salon. Stylist did a great job, took er time to make sure to get the colour right. Reassuringly well organised inside with good protocols for social distancing and sanitising.

My stylist is Ella and she cuts and styles my hair beautifully for £41 at this very friendly salon All the staff at Newmarket cut very well so I have no worries about booking with any of them. They send their juniors to London for training and continue to develop them. The salon is clean, light and modern and a complimentary drink is always offered. I trust them with my hair and recommend them highly.

Best experience in a hairdresser. Ever. I'm normally super awkward but Georgia left me feeling relaxed and extremely comfortable in what is normally a difficult situation for me. Faith was very attentive when sorting out my hair which had suffered from a serious chemical burn (not by this salon) . She took extreme care with my damaged hair and managed to cut out the damaged hair and find a style which covered up the previous disastrous hair damage. She was very caring and all of the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful yet maintaining a professional service. Thank you

Ella did a lovely blow dry for me on Tuesday, she understood that I was under time pressure and organised that I went straight to be washed and then started the blow dry as soon as I was finished. My hair looked great and she even recommended a fab leave in conditioner which I am loving!

I loved my appointment today! I’ve struggled to find a hairdressers I like since moving to Newmarket and a friend recommended Toni&Guy! The staff were so friendly, I was offered a drink, had a head massage while my hair was washed and felt my stylist genuinely cared about my experience and my hair - I will definitely be going back!

Was invited back to the salon because i was unhappy with the haircut i had had. Although the salon offered me a free haircut with another stylist, plus two further free haircuts i have decided that i will not accept their offer. I had paid top dollar for the first bad hair cut and will not trust them again. I shall put it down to a bad experience and believe that you do not have to pay top prices for a good hair cut providing the stylist knows what he or she are doing.
