Here at Toni&Guy Newmarket we pride ourselves on a friendly and professional service throughout your salon experience.
We opened the salon in the town centre in 2005 making it easily accessible to clients living in the town and surrounding areas.
Our strong team of passionate stylists and technicians have been working hard in the industry for over a decade. During this time they have gained recognition within the company and provide a service that reflects this.
At Toni&Guy Newmarket we have a strong work ethic and comfortable salon feel which will give clients exceptional results and a relaxed experience.
All of our team are willing to help and advise be it with new colour, styling or find the right product to help you recreate your salon style.
We will ensure that your visit to Toni&Guy is ultimate experience for you and your hair.

Had my hair cut by ***** on 5th Sept 2019. Left a glowing report because i was happy with result. However, after washing and drying it myself today 6th Sept i found that the layers i had done were dreadful. The back of my hair looks like a pudding basin had been used as the layers do not mingle in with rest of hair and you can see a definite line where short hair meets long.They are not graduating layers at all but a blunt line. They are the worst layers i have had. I am going to wear my hair up until they have grown down and hopefully i will be able to get the really short layers into a hair tie and not stick out like a chickens comb. Hairdressers are very clever at hiding a bad cut with their blow drying techniques which is why i was pleased with the result yesterday. I shall not be going there again.

This was the first time i had used this salon. Very friendly staff made you feel welcome immediately. I wanted a really good haircut and that is what i got. Faith, the art director talked me through every step of the way to make sure the hair cut would be to my liking.It is. From start to finish i found this salon to be very profession able, friendly and good value for money. A truly lovely and enjoyable experience and will definitely use them again. Top marks.

I had Ella Do My Hair Name Not On The Drop Down List She Was Very Friendly And Did My Hair Well The Shampoo And Treatment Was not good As Had to have It rinsed Out As Wasent Washed Properly Also Paying £10 For A Treatment I Would Have Expected It To Be Left on a while to properly Work

Warm welcome, excellent cup of coffee, great hair wash and head massage and then a blow dry exactly as I had asked for. As a stranger to the area and taking pot luck with a hair salon I feel I made a wise decision and could not fault them on any aspect of my time there.

I have just returned to have my haircut with the lovely Georgia today. The women is a genius. I last had my short hair cut and coloured at beginning of Feb. It held its shape until April and she remembered exactly how I liked it cut and styled. I’ve never had so many comments about how fab my hair looks. Thanks Georgia! My hair loves you????x

Not very happy with colour. Paid more than was agreed before the Appt. Double charged for conditioner but was paid back overpayment when we returned. Will not be returning.

Over the past 2 days AND I PAID, your hair tecnichions managed to completely destroy my hair. Day 1 'full head colour ' my fringe was copper, my roots orange. I stopped the procedure. Today I went back. I now have a head of black toned hair! I cried, my husband went mental. On return on day 1,(I have a broken wrist) my WHITE T SHIRT was soaking wet, as was his golfing jumper. The ambience in Newmarket is dire. Because they messed my hair up so much, I was alone in the Salon, where my TECHNICIAN appeared and disappeared, and the receptionist plus the Trainee washed and dried each other's hair. I now have to live with disgusting nearly black hair WHEN I WENT IN BLONDE! Obviously someone did not do their homework. On day 1 when I said STOP. Why wasn't a sample of my hair taken, to ensure I would have the correct procedure? I will never ever use this company again
My husband is fuming and I had to pay for this. Newmarket Salon is a farce
And I mortified and angry that such a mistake could possibly be considered a fluke. Day 1 all the staff were eating and non existing, today, Day 2 only me and offered coffee with a chipped sugar container, does not cut the mustard. Equally over half an inch had to be removed from my hair. Totally, absolutely disgusted. I cannot tolerate looking at the mess my hair is. I also have photographic evidence. So wrong and so distressing. Never ever will I recommend Toni and Guy. DISGUSTED kids pretending waltzing around in gowns and not a bloody clue about customer service.

Not sure about the colour,the condition of my hair is good but the colour is not blonde.
