TONI&GUY Newmarket

Over the past 2 days AND I PAID, your hair tecnichions managed to completely destroy my hair. Day 1 'full head colour ' my fringe was copper, my roots orange. I stopped the procedure. Today I went back. I now have a head of black toned hair! I cried, my husband went mental. On return on day 1,(I have a broken wrist) my WHITE T SHIRT was soaking wet, as was his golfing jumper. The ambience in Newmarket is dire. Because they messed my hair up so much, I was alone in the Salon, where my TECHNICIAN appeared and disappeared, and the receptionist plus the Trainee washed and dried each other's hair. I now have to live with disgusting nearly black hair WHEN I WENT IN BLONDE! Obviously someone did not do their homework. On day 1 when I said STOP. Why wasn't a sample of my hair taken, to ensure I would have the correct procedure? I will never ever use this company again
My husband is fuming and I had to pay for this. Newmarket Salon is a farce
And I mortified and angry that such a mistake could possibly be considered a fluke. Day 1 all the staff were eating and non existing, today, Day 2 only me and offered coffee with a chipped sugar container, does not cut the mustard. Equally over half an inch had to be removed from my hair. Totally, absolutely disgusted. I cannot tolerate looking at the mess my hair is. I also have photographic evidence. So wrong and so distressing. Never ever will I recommend Toni and Guy. DISGUSTED kids pretending waltzing around in gowns and not a bloody clue about customer service.
