After choosing this local salon once I got home & checked my receipt I noticed I had been overcharged. I therefore emailed and was thanked for pointing out that the pricing on their website was wrong as I hadn't been over charged and they would tell their website people to correct it. I was pretty appalled at this for a reply particularly as it wasn't from their website I had seen their pricing it was on all their printed material and why should I have to pay more for something that was their mistake not mine!! I have to be honest part of the reason I went there was due to pricing even though even the price I thought I was paying was still more expensive than other local salons. To top it off the treatment was painful & put me off ever having this again but thankfully someone recommended another local salon and I was amazed at the difference. I have no issue paying higher prices particularly if something is worth it but the whole process of what happened here had put me off ever return
