1st time at this salon and last. Despite being on time I was kept waiting, she didn't remember a word said the day before when I had called in to see if the colour and cut could be done for a wedding that weekend.
Poor time keeping meant the colour was left on well over time. Should have done a strand test at the consultation as colour did not take all over but was glossed over and cleverly hidden with styling. Only when I got home did I see how poor the treatment had been and couldn't get hold of her on the phone to see what could be done. Assured of call back which never happened so went to different salon and got far better treatment and help to restore condition and colour. Still waiting after 6 weeks to see if I'm getting a refund, but nobody seems to know anything.
