Cutting IT Hair & Beauty Studio

I brought a Groupon a little while ago for a cut and colour with spa hot towel treatment and I know that buying a groupon in regards to what you will get can be a risk but as I usually buy groupons for cut and colour I risked it. I have to say I was very disappointed!! The hairdresser was a little slow in her work and did not seem like she was very confident even though she said she had been cutting hair for years, she got my hair tangled and pulled a lot but she was very lovely! Although she made a comment about me writing a good comment on the review card so she can show the manager who I believe was a relative that she was good! I paid an extra £20 for a full head but wished I had studied my hair better as when I got home she had only done the highlights up to a certain point and there was a gap of around 3 cm between my scalp and where the highlights began so the roots looked dreadful!
