Absolutely amazing massage and facial with Danielle, I came out feeling so relaxed! Massage was the perfect amount of pressure, and really thorough. And the facial felt really luxurious. Danielle was fantastic - she talked me through everything beforehand and gave me recommendations afterwards. Can’t recommend highly enough! Also the other staff were really friendly and welcoming while I was waiting. An absolute joy.

Meryl has been amazing and this is the second time I have seen her. She clearly has many years of experience. She has knowledge of hair loss treatments and how to achieve the best results without harming regrowth. She has given me plenty of valuable advice to help me get the best results at home. She is sensitive friendly and has taken the time to get to know me. She has made me feel relaxed and I've never felt I have wasted her time. She has helped take me to my next stage of transition by giving me the confidence to do so. She gave me the best reaction and warm welcome when meeting me for the first time. It was my first visit to the salon on Wednesday this week for a semi colour and cut. Booked in with Daisy who is lovely and everything she did was good but I left wishing my colour was darker. Having thought about it for an hour I went back in to make another appointment as I had to have it darker and was amazed when they booked me in to have it done again today at no charge. I left the salon about an hour ago and very happy. Thank you so much Daisy and I think it was Sarah who dried it. I will definitely be returning and can highly recommend!!
