My experience at the salon wasn't pleasant. The stylist, she did a great job on my hair but my complain is how another stylist (NOT Richard, he is very patient and kind) treated my kids....he told my toddler to be quiet (in a rude way) a few times and it made me upset because he only raised his voice twice, and he scolded my 7 year old for leaning against the window near the posters. My kids weren't even alone because my daughter was watching over them, so I can't understand why he was so impatient. Im not pleased with this at all!!!
