I just love coming to this salon. It's not cheap but I feel like a different person coming out. Hair wash is so good in itself and have always been so happy with the hair cut and so styling.

Quick response by John to the news of next lockdown and measures to get hair cut beforehand calm and relaxed atmosphere.

John is amazing at cutting hair my hair always looks thick and healthy after he has done it.

Friendly atmosphere, John did a fantastic service very patiently. He understood my requirements and gave an excellent result of what's in my mind ☺️

Hayley worked her magic again, great colour and Demi finished with a sharp bob cut. Team are always warm and welcoming.

They could not have done more to keep the staff and customer safe.. I would recommend anyone who is a little scared to take the plunge and get back to the professionals. A highlight and cut lifted my spirits and made me feel normal again.

Went in for a hair cut with Demi. She was brilliant, as always. The place was clean and hygienic. Everything was coming out of a sealed bag before use. Disposable covers, masks etc. Very polite team. And I got what I needed with my hair style. Definitely recommend.

Title of my review says how I felt by being there in thes difficult times. Also John worked hard to give me a cut which would be easy to cope with and still look good as it grows. Not a lover of background music anywhere but it was not loud so ok.

I always enjoy a visit to Toni & Guy (Epsom); Salon spotlessly clean, staff friendly and welcoming; my hairdresser knows exactly what I want and is a most professional hairdresser.

I have been using Epsom branch for hair cuts etc for quite a long time and have always been pleased

I have never had a bad hair cut/style from John. He listens and is honest if my 'great idea' is not so great and explains the reasons why that it would not be suitable - he is obviously right every time! And my last minute change of mind is never a problem.

But John was brilliant used ppp an place
Spotless He is am amazing hairdresser. I came out so pleased with cut.

The staff is lovely and sweet..
The place ,the decor was very nice and clean.
The only thing that I'm not happy is i suggest what hair cut i want the staff is scared and not confident to it..
Maybe some of your stuff need to be exposed or some more training to go around the world mostly Asian (Japan, Malaysia, Korea etc.)..

Amazing results and friendly staff

I hadn’t been to Toni & guy for a few years but booked cut and blow dry with Jon and I am i so happy! Very professional cut and service, exactly what style I wanted. The salon have excellent hygiene in place too. Have booked in for colour next week after very helpful consultation and skin test by Hayley. They may be a little pricey but I think you get what you pay for and I will be going back regularly now.

Thought I would have a change and got my hair cut short, so glad I did. I love it thank you John! More highlights next!
