I am so pleased with my highlights and excellent cut which has made me feel human again!
Hayley made the experience feel friendly and relaxing despite the obvious restrictions and guidelines.

I had a fantastic experience. John was wonderful and I've left with the perfect hair cut. Salon was lovely and clean and I felt very safe and confident with the measures in place in the salon.

First visit back since before lock down. So good to lie back for someone else to shampoo and massage my head; so relaxing. Must say I was a little nervous before my appointment as it had been such a long time with not going out and I was only just getting used to wearing the mask but must say I was very impressed by the safety measures taken by the salon and felt quite comfortable. The only thing missing was the lovely coffee normally supplied but all part of keeping us safe. Thank you Demi and Toni & Guy.

Good cut and a relief after weeks of straggly hair

I have been going to the Epsom branch of Toni and Guy for a number of years now and The haircut I get is always excellent. My stylist is Demi. She Just gets it right, although I can’t put my finger on it exactly how .

Demi does mi hair exactly the way I LOVE! I have lots of hair but she handles it to perfection. Amazing colour, great cut and fantastic styling! Thank you

I find this salon is well run, has high standards and professional but warm staff. They are experts in different colours etc and I really enjoy my visits! My hair looks great too. I’m missing the coffees and magazines due to Corona but hope they’ll be back one day ?

John was a great hair dresser. Did not feel like I had a rushed hair cut. He was careful, detailed and took his time giving me a hair cut I felt great about when leaving the salon.

Excellent service with txt advising of appointment which is really good - usually 24hours before appt is due.
Great haircut which is really what it’s all about.

Kim is lovely. She rises to the challenge of making the best out of my thin, fine hair. We always have a good laugh too!

I'm very pleased with my haircut and will definitely be booking again.

My only suggestion would be to allow tipping on card, as I'm reluctant to carry cash for hygiene reasons in the current environment.

Kim has done an absolutely superb colour - totally love it. Even in this very hot weather she made it a good experience! Highly recommend.

Not an amazing experience with the stylist, her way of interacting when discussing my cut made me feel like I wasn’t listened to and she knew better. She cut my hair with the central parting where as I wear it on the side which made hair on one side longer. Also when I asked to do a bit more layering at the back as my hair looks heavy after a wash, it felt that she was more concerned with how the cut should look like rather than what her client wanted. Will not go back to her.

Hayley listened to what I wanted and she most definitely delivered! Tried Toni & Guy because they had kept reasonable prices post lockdown compared to my previous salon. Very satisfied and will be returning Nov/Dec.
