Thanks to Hayley my grey roots are gone and my hair looks good again. The experience was excellent considering the hot weather and the mask.

Hayley cut and blow dried my hair and it was perfect, exactly how I wanted it, she’s very welcoming and we had a nice catch up over the hair cut and gave some good advice on how to lighten my never before dyed hair!

Kim did an amazing job sorting out my brassy curly locks. I’ve had plenty of hairdresser nightmares where I’ve been unhappy with my colour and my curls being damaged by too much bleach. Kim was honest and realistic as to what could be achieved. She listened to my concerns and I ended up with my curls being in a better condition than before and a lovely natural looking balayage. Thanks to Kim for doing an amazing job! Her patience and empathy made me feel at ease!

I have very much missed going to John during lockdown. I always knew that he was very good indeed because he listens and styles well. He is also very nice to talk with I know that I can rely on him and I’m so grateful to have him back doing what he does extremely well.

On arrival everyone was very pleasant. Kim cut and styled my hair lovely. From start to finish it was an amazing and happy experience. I looked like a hedge pulled backwards when I went in and came out feeling awesome and renewed.

It was my first time at Toni and Guy. In fact my first time at any hairdresser. I’ve always gone to a barber and just had a number 2 shaved cut! John was brilliant, having not had my haircut for over 4 months, I wanted to try a different style/look. He was great at offering tips/advice and I’m really pleased with the result!! I’ll be back!

Everything was well prepared in advance with mask, plastic gown and towel all wrapped separately for each customer.
Staff wore face shields and customers wore masks. It was great to have my hair done again.

There is a reason I request John - he’s brilliant, professional and a damn good stylist. He’s one in a million.

John and his team made me feel so welcome today and again, I am very happy with the result.

Good set up. Very considerate, taking into account all covid guidelines. I missed having a coffee, though safety takes precedence.

Delighted to go back! It is a bit different from before due to the new measures in place but it certainly didn't make the experience any less enjoyable than before. Kim is lovely and did such a great job with my hair, looking forward to my next time!

I last had my hair cut nearly 5 months ago by Hayley at Toni and Guy Epsom and it was such a good cut that my hair is still holding the style (albeit a few inches longer and I can't see out from under my fringe :) - blame Covid though !)

My daughter had a cut and blow with Kim, she curled her hair with the straighteners and the end result was lovely, my daughter was very happy.
